Walk and talk therapy is when the therapist and client meet in a certain location and conduct therapy in a location that allows for a more relaxed atmosphere, rather than an office setting. This can be beneficial for some clients who are learning to use coping skills/grounding techniques that involve the outdoors.
Starting in September, Meagan will be offering some early morning times for walk and talk therapy.

This is Gimli!
Gimli is a 1-year-old Goldendoodle. He is very lovable and playful and enjoys long walks (on dry, cool days), treats, frisbee, and snuggling.
He is training to be a therapy dog and will be in the office many days once he is fully trained. He has made an appearance from time to time but he is still growing and maturing. For now, he spends most of his time at home or on the Montour/Panhandle Trail.
We are offering a series if psychoeducational groups focused on helping family members understand and support loved ones struggling with mental health disorder. Space is limited. Register today!
